How to Mend a Broken Heart: Day 6

How to Mend a Broken Heart: Day 6

Create a daily practice. I learned this from MY life coach! It is the one thing I do everyday that brings me back to me. For me, it’s writing in my journal and meditation. It was the building block of my solid foundation. It keeps me grounded and sane. I start my day with my daily practice.

Your daily practice can be anything that you want. Schedule a time for it and stick to it. Let it be the time of the day that nothing else factors in. Put yourself first.

There were times this past week that I would have loved to have stayed in my meditation. I love the clarity and calmness that comes with that. I’m honestly shocked that my broken heart fades when I meditate.

If you are interested in journaling or daily practice prompts, please check out my life coaches FB page @ Daily Practice Prompts.

What do you do for you? What does your daily practice look like? What would you like for it to look like? When will you start? Let me know what comes up for you. Please reach out and let me know how your current heart break is going. I would love to hear from you!

As always, I’m a phone call away….the first call is ALWAYS complimentary and helping YOU build your solid foundation, find your silver linings and live a life full of gratitude is what my life purpose is all about!

Peace, LOVE and Silver Linings, peeps!
